ORGANIC FLOWER HONEY

Organic flower honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Helmos. Flower honeys are produced from the nectar of flowers and contain pollen from many plants in varying proportions. Their physicochemical, therapeutic properties and color vary depending on the nectar of the plants that the bees carry to the hive. Usually, no type of pollen exceeds the limit above which it could give a pure character to the honey in question.

Flavor:

Mildly sweet multi-layered flavor due to the variety of flowers.

Crystallization:

Due to its natural sugar content, it crystallizes in a fairly short period of time.
