  • Delivery to your location with ELTA Courier
  • Shipping Costs:
    •  €2.90 for orders within Athens up to 3 kg
    •  €3.10 for orders within cities outside Athens up to 3 kg
    •  €3.30 for orders to provinces and islands up to 3 kg
      • For each additional kilogram, the charge is €0.80

 

RETURN POLICY

  • To return a product, please contact us at info@melihelmos.gr, providing your order number.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days, accompanied by the retail receipt/invoice.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with their security tags intact.
  • Bio Pollen and Royal Jelly are excluded from returns as they are perishable products and cannot be exchanged.
  • In case of replacement of a non-defective product, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, whereas in the case of an error by the company (wrong product), the return shipping costs are covered by the company.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to the customer minus the return shipping costs.
  • Once your parcel is received and the return is accepted by the company, you will be informed about the refund, which will be processed within 10 days and credited to the original payment method.
  • For exchanges of products that initially had free shipping, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
